Rewards videos will not play

I get the folling error message whenever I try to play a rewards video with either Firefox or Chrome:

I have problems with some videos using Chrome on my phone. I hit play and it plays about a second and stops. I gave up on videos (and Daily Crossword that sticks on loading unless I clear my cache and cookies before each puzzle)
