Rewards Fitness Tracker Points Not Awarded Since 8/18

I understand there is an issue with Fitness Tracker steps being credited.  I haven't received points since 8/18.  Is there an anticipated date for this issue to be fixed?  Thanks!

@amennenga The issue with the fitness devices syncing has been resolved. Please follow the troubleshooting steps found here: https://help.aarp.org/s/article/fitness-tracker-missing-rewards

Also, let me know which points you are missing and I can get those added to your account.
