Reward point discrepancies; it's been over a month with no response or resolution

The points total in my emails show about 65000 more points than appear when I log in. I've reached out to AARP at least 3 times and keep getting told it is being escalated then never hear anything back and never get a resolution.

@j751934a I sincerely apologize for the lack of resolution with this concern. I have created a tier 2 escalation to the next level of support to have this addressed as soon as possible. I truly appreciate your patience as we work to get to the bottom of this.
