Once again … “Sorry no points this time" on 3 separate videos...the worst ever!!

This keeps happening!

On 04-29-2022 I wrote about “No points for watching video…two times!!”

On 05-02-2022 I wrote about “Once again … No points for watching a video…twice!!”

I dont have time tonight to go into this, but it took a second viewing... wasting my time... to gain the earned reward points for all 3 videos!

I am having the same problem. The points are shown in the transaction history but the points balance does not update right away.  All of a sudden the points balance will jump up to the correct amount. This also happens on the games and puzzles occasionally.

It helps to know that other members are having the same problems!

In my situation...the points were never there in the transaction history.... so I had to rewatch all of them to get my earned points! 😒

Hi Allen: Remember what I said about this topic in a past post !

AARP Rewards is getting paid everytime we click on an ad, video or quiz.They really don't care about how much time we waste with the do-overs.

Also I’m beginning to think that those of us who criticize the most often ...whether on the flaws & the frequent errors we get ....or any other issues....are more likely to have these thing happen to us....
