Missing gift cards

I purchased 5 princess gift cards on May 8. 5 days later and two chats with reps I still haven’t received those and have to pay for cruise. Like other people I’m getting “we have technical error and escalating” message. What to escalate, I’m not sure, just resent cards, payment was posted to credit card and “savings” reflected in Aarp account. Can you please resend asap? Thank you.
