I downloaded the mobile app on my Android phone a while back and have about 19,000 rewards points. I download the app on my iOS device (iPad) today and those points aren’t there. Now I’m signed in on iPad on web site, and the points only show the 45 I have on iOS device.
how can I merge the points? I signed into all three with the same login credentials. Thanks.
@AngelaM602069 It sounds like the mobile app on the Android may have old info prior to points expiration. Please try logging out and logging back in to all apps. Your current balance is 855 points and you can check your transaction history for details about expired points: https://www.aarp.org/rewards/transaction/#view=expiration I'm always here to help!
