Log in Error 15

I am using Firefox and logged out of my AARP account.  Upon logging back in I got the ERROR 15 access denied.  Called AARP support and was told that Firefox is not "friendly" with the AARP site and to use Google Chrome instead.  I was wondering if others are having log in issues with Firefox and getting the ERROR 15?

Been using Firefox off and on for over a year and never had any problems. Cain't say that about Chrome. Hate to think whats going to happen with Rewards when Chrome no longer will update with my Windows 7. Oh Well, what else is new. Wish me luck

Been only using FIREFOX for years without problem. I have an Apple Computer and did have a problem when it came to using SAFARI at AARP. Apple said that AARP'S web site was antiquated and suggested using another browser rather than their Safari. That's how I ended up using FIREFOX.
