Here is hoping 2023 is going to be a little bit better than 2022 when it comes to this rewards program, and all the problems that came with it.

Thanks rednexsrus. May 2023 be a good year for us all. As for the rewards program, I finally was able to get the red cooler so I'm feeling optimistic. I'm going to think of that cooler every time I get a message that video points didn't count. (For some reason this posts from my husband. If it's not rc then it's him but I'm the one writing this.)
