Carnival cruise gift card not valid

I purchased 14 carnival cruise gift cards and one of them is saying it’s not a valid gift card number. Who do I contact about this?

@e679367s Thank you for being a valued Rewards user! You may need to reopen or refresh the page and enter your gift card number again. If you still get an error, please visit the merchant's website and check your gift card's balance and transaction history. If the merchant website indicates an "error occurred, cannot check the balance at this time." Try contacting them directly to check for a technical issue.
