Black Banner Dashboard Stopped Working Tonight

On Aug. 5, 2020 at 9:15 p.m. PST, the Black Banner Dashboard stopped recording total point balance.  Only the amount of "Savings" is shown.  Hope it will restart again soon.

Yep, yep, looks like someone rolled back their programming code to a non-functioning version.

 

Transaction history broke, black banner shows no total (randomly no savings either), and many videos don't show the points banner (or they converted many videos to non-point versions)

 

Update: a few minutes after posting, black banner quit altogether!

 

Not a great start to our day.

Email 8/5/20 Update to Rewards Points Policy
Rewards Rules and Terms
Section 3. Accrued Points Viewable in Participant’s Rewards Account. The number of Rewards Points earned by each Participant will be tracked in the Participant’s Rewards Account. Unless otherwise stated, once Points are earned they will be credited to Participant’s account within approximately twenty-four (24) hours.
However, each Participant will have the responsibility of ensuring that his/her Points are properly credited.
Now that Rewards is changing their policy regarding points redemption (very strange)
HOW ? are we to verify accurate credit if Transaction History stays broken (probably intentionally)

Probably broke when they added the dis-incentives to the points limitations.....FORGOT TO TEST.....poor handling
