AARP Rewards Scheduled Maintenance 4/05/23 2am 6am EST

The scheduled maintenance was scheduled to end at 6 AM EST.

I cannot login at 7:15 AM EST. Repeatedly get this message:

SORRY, WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT

I am able to access my account, but did not receive any points for yesterday's games completed. Anyone else in the "no points for you on 4/5/2023" club, or am I just special?😁 How do we contact Janelle-she got it straightened out last time.

Same here.  7:45 am and getting the same message.

I can't see my rewards account balance and I'm not able to access the rewards videos, quizzes, etc.

Same here. Obviously the maintenance thing this morning did not accomplish very much. Just a total waste of time

let’s hope this won’t last all day.
