so basically, it won't let me register to virtual events. I been missing out on membership and gets higher and higher every year. seems like it wants not to act like I'm a paid member i get this instance. it won't allow me to do anything here. I wrote about this before and same thing. no reply
I did have problems with an event. I only put in for one event a year. I am an older handicap senior in my 70's and enjoy going to the Mystic Aquarium. I been waiting a year for this event. Sadly, they told me it was full. I checked the live camera's and only a few people were there. Now I have to wait a second year unless AARP has another event at the Aquarium. I am not in the greatest health, and we should have been allowed to attend. I am very sad that I have a 5-year membership and the only event I wanted to attend I am turned away. I will check each day at online messenger for the next aquarium event. I will also share what happened to me with other seniors so they can save spending money on membership. As you can see, I am very upset. The weather this week is beautiful, and it would have made for a nice day to attend. Ron
Ron, I am so sorry you were not able to attend the Mystic Aquarium AARP event. The more popular events do fill up quickly, it is important to register as quickly as possible to reserve your spot. Once the event is full, we are unable to add additional attendees. - Melissa F.
