update a few days ago

 They have yet agained changed the games website to make it WORSE!!!!  I have to login EVERYTIME which means that all my scores from previous days are gone and it's a real hassle.  WHY DO YOU KEEP MESSING WITH THE GAMES!!!! I'm ready to change sites and do crosswords on a USATODAY or like website.

Along with the games not working right, everything is now slower loading and many times I don't even get credit when I watch a video.  Why does everything have to load/refresh/then load again?

@DavidW708691 I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with receiving credit for videos watched. Here are some tips to ensure your videos are being credited: All videos must be watched until the end to receive points. Please look at the video's point-earning frequency, as some may earn daily, weekly, or monthly. If you navigate away from the window to turn your focus to something else, the video will pause, and you will not earn points. You will also not earn points if you try to fast-forward during video play and only one video can be watched at a time to earn points.

Please ensure you do not have more than one browser tab open.  You may not be receiving additional points if you've maxed out on your daily point limit: If something seems off, please refresh your browser and look at the Most Recent Activity on the Rewards dashboard at the top of the page or go to your Transaction History to view the points you have earned. 

You may need to update your browser and clear your cookies/cache if you're experiencing site loading issues. Please ensure you are using a compatible browser and find the steps to update and clear your cookies/cache here: https://aarp.info/2I3wo4C.
