site unavailable but people on phone can't help!!!

For the past several weeks, I get site unavailable call 1-866-566-5394.  The lady said their site is ok.  Delete your  cookies, I have, again.  Site unavailable still.  How do I fix this problem?

Carla, I'm inserting a link at the end of this message to a site that will check to see if the site you are trying to access is not working internet wide or if it's just not working for you. It's called Is It Down Right Now? nad it's very easy to use. I took a screenshot of it after I checked the AARP.ORG site but it works with any site you may wish to check. CLICK HERE to be taken to the website. Below is the screenshot I took earlier. If it's only down for you, PM me and I'll see if I can help you further but if it's widespread then the AARP staff may be able to help you better by knowing so.
