Fire your entire it staff. 

Received an email message titled give it to us straight, How frequently would you like to receive emails, weekly, monthly, none, etc. I tapped on monthly.

It goes to a very simple website with an error. 404, resource not found. No way to email you back. Your website corporate privacy policy doesn't even have an email address at the bottom such as privacy@aarp.org So isn't this breaking two federal laws and class action lawsuit? Actionable, no way for the consumer to control how often you email them because your form is not tested and is broken, and your privacy policy doesn't have a way of emailing you. Do better. Fire your whole technical website staff and PR marketing messaging staff.
