"Cancel Timeshare" ad

 
In the July/August 2024 AARP Bulletin, an advertisement on page 65 offers a program to "cancel timeshares for you", by Wesley Financial Group. A very small amount of research indicates to me that Wesley is facing Federal and State charges for deceptive practices.
 
 
I clearly understand that the accused is innocent until proven guilty, but it seems to me that AARP should at least consider withholding advertisements for this business until the issue is resolved.  Timeshare ownership is fraught with enough perils, without adding this one to the mix.
