my order #43621001014328 of 09/24/2023 obviously got lost...no place to call for help

This order was for Linel train set 1000 points....never heard back...At 91 I dont have the memory of good old days also deaf so dont use phone .....Lionel says never got my order.... and would not tell me if they are or are not even involved with AARP... Have no idea what happened..but had not intention of giving them my VISA number on computer.  Had bad experience in that .....so does AARP even deal with Lionel train company?
