issues with points expiring

I am so confused. I have rewards points I earn and it shows No where online when they are about to expire. I received an email this month saying part of them are going to expire. I did not receive an email last month however I had close to 3000 expire last month. not okay. I would like these points given back to me since I had no way of knowing they would expire. I had even looked recently and did not see any indication these points would expire. I was saving them.

1 - go to Rewards page

2 - click Transaction History near right top side

3 - on left side Red Menu box = [ Earned Points---> click on to and find  --> Points Expiration

thank you. I had no idea about that. Can you please make an exception and add back the expired points from June since I did not know? I would have used them.
