I also have this same exact problem on my iPad. I first installed it on my iPhone okay but the text/screen was too small. I have tried uninstalling, etc. The app remembers the error 15 and bypasses the login screen most of the time. When I’m lucky, I’ll get the login screen, but I still get error 15.
@Mango808523 Which app are you attempting to access- the AARP Publications app or the AARP Now app?
Hi Janelle. I’m trying to use the AARP Publications app to view the magazine. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/aarp-publications/id690063178
But, when I log in with my AARP info, I get the following:
