 I won the Bath and Body instant win on Monday. I have a screen shot to prove the win.

They state the system was down, apparently it was not as the URL for the contest still worked. It is not my fault that they did not disable the contest links.

I am very disappointed with this site, the benefits are very lacking, I tried the insurance and my current insurance is better rates than their discounted rates. The restaurant discounts are few, only two in my area. 

Also what site does not provide a email for contact? They offer every other option email. 

I have tried chat and that basically ended with sorry, there is no link to resend your win email. They also would not provide me a supervisor (only the standard phone number) I then tried text and was waiting on a agent for over 30 minutes.

Does anyone know if they pro-rate membership? I am a new member and I am quite disgusted with this purchase.

I had the same issue with winning Bath & Body Works gift card.  Found out their instant wins are really thru a third party.  This is the contact page the AARP Customer Care rep gave me. https://help.aarp.org/s/article/rewards-winner-notifications

I sent email to  customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com (on the above page under"I still need help" , explained everything with my full name & mailing address and received a response within an hour with the link to my prize.  This was on Friday, so you might not hear until Monday.

I'm experiencing similar issues with this site! I purchased an Appleby's gift card nearly 10 days ago with points and I never received it. I've contacted their "customer service agents" 5 times now about the missing email and still have not received any gift card! This organization is pathetic when it comes to actually helping to resolve issues! I signed up for a 5 year membership last year and now REGRET it!

Like you I also entered the Instant Wins on Monday "before the official Return of the Rewards section" - and had  'actually won 2 Instant Wins - Five Guys and Applebee's; but deep down I knew it wouldn't count - but I 'hoped' it would  🙁

They should honor the wins. If they were "down" the URLs for the contests should have been disabled. That is there job, not ours.

They pro-rate the membership for a refund. I just cancelled.
