Civility doesnโ€™t mean people have to agree with each other, but they should disagree in an atmosphere of mutual respect. That means avoiding personal insults or comments merely meant to incite the other person. This is a diverse community of people with diverse opinions. It is up to each of us to be polite, respectful and discuss topics with civility. If you disagree with an idea or point of view, offer yours, but do not attack the member proposing the idea. We will moderate accordingly to ensure a civil and inviting Community experience for everyone.
