WHY DOES AARPMEDICARERX PLANS NOT HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL?

I kept trying to email them, but I was told that all emails addressed to them instead goes to a department that won't be able to help me.

I don't like talking on the phone, because I want a written record of what was told to me. I'm not good at taking notes.

AARP Medicare RX Plans is very slow to answer the phone. Or maybe they don't answer it?

I'm not going to put anything personal on here, but AARP MedicareRX Plans needs an email address.

@NelsonK842426 Hi Nelson, AARP Member Benefits Team here to help.  The information regarding your plan is not normally sent over by UnitedHealthcare through email because it is not secure.  If you go to the website and request to chat with a health specialist regarding the plans, you can keep a copy of the chat and have it emailed to yourself.  You can do so by clicking on the following link: https://aarp.info/2ULy0Ep.
