Tried to purchase movie tickets on Hollywood.com

Assumed one of the most obvious and easiest benefits of AARP would be less expensive movie tickets...however, this last weekend I follow the steps to purchase tickets via the AARP movie ticket partner, Hollywood.com and found the site does not function properly.  Every time I'd enter in chosen seats, I'd get a message back that those seats were taken already but the graphic on the screen doesn't make it clear what seats are taken vs available.  Plus once you've clicked on seats and given that message, you can't "click" the seat selection and instead you have to refresh the page.  In the end, I had to purchase the tickets via Fandango so ZERO benefit being an AARP member. Thoughts?
