How about posting an update on the actual progress being made (or not) in reference to your rewards website! Some honesty would go a LONG WAY rather than feeding your customers your canned response "We are so sorry.... Blah blah blah... As we work to... Blah blah blah... Please be patient." We are after all, paying customers who are becoming very impatient with the excuses and incompetence of this website.
they obviously have some automated system that is banning people from using rewards. It is flagging accounts for the way you aquire points. I use the quizes to obtain points and play the games, they have made it so my accout is "unable to process your redemtion request". This "system maintaince" has effectivly blocked thousands of people from playing. I have gone through the comments in the community and thousands of views under the same tpic means many people are being banned. They say contact us privatley but the rep does nothing aside from escalating your complaint, then you get someone from consumer affairs who is a total jerk, they treat you like scum, say read the rules, if it happens again we will bann your account again. EXCUSE ME!! I was accused of cheating basically I assure you I do not cheat on AARP LOL, like what! The only thing I do is click the answers on the repetitive quizes and play the games, how is that cheating, it isnt, they are using AI or some program to ban accounts and it is clearly making a lot of mistakes, I have had this account many years and after thier system maintaince this happened to many people. You guys need to speak up because it isnt right. Your account isnt working because they banned you!!!!
They literally post the same quizes over and over and if your click to fast you get banned. I am assuming. Why cant we click through the repetitive quizes fast to get points to play are they assuming we have a bot or program to obtain points??, if so come on, why would anyone do that and to assume we are all doing that is absurd. AARP UNLOCK OUR ACCOUNTS!!!!
