I'm looking to offer my guest suite/meals/air and/or ground transportation to/from Phoenix, AZ to a retired teacher interested in tutoring a sweet high school student a few hours a day this Fall/Winter. I'm hoping sunny/warm Phoenix, AZ would be inviting to someone who wants enjoy Fall/Winter out of the upcoming snow/cold regions?
