Renewed but no confirmation for gift

I just renewed (11/28) and it showed the 5 port charger as my gift for renewing but after hitting submit it didn't say anything about the charging port and there is nothing in my order list or email. I am not sure if it froze up or just didn't work right because when I wanted to renew the page wouldn't orginally load all the way in. Thank you for your time.
