Relax and Radiate crate, I need help, non shipment

Who can I contact about non shipment?  I paid back in June, have contacted the company several times and received no real answers.  I did cancel my future subscription boxes but still very much expect to receive the 2 boxes I paid for.  I would like a real answer with tracking numbers.  I am seeing too many people burned by this service, it's not right.  Two Summer crates, Summer is more than half over, my personal vacation time is well past.  I always thought AARP was a  respectable company, customer service is abhorrent.  Just send me what I paid for and I'll go away.
