Power Electric Wheel Chair Advice

Hello,

I'm shopping for a power electric wheelchair, not a scooter. I plan on taking it on trips where the sidewalks and streets overseas are not always the best paved.

Please advise on the best for air travel and the best on the road. Does having the back tire larger than the front helpful?
