@MichaelS171245 Welcome to the AARP family, Michael! I was able to process your request to stop these mailings. You probably won't receive any of them since you just joined, but if you happen to receive any pre-printed mailings, they will fully stop within 12 weeks. Would you also like me to stop your membership renewal notices as well as your AARP Bulletin publication?
Unfortunately, we don't have a way to stop delivery of the permanent membership card, which is plastic. However, you will only receive a replacement card when your account info changes.
No answer to this for a while. Is there any way to find out if AARP added that option when one renews online?
This reply is cringeworthy:

You do have a way! Just decide to configure the website with an option to decline platsic cards. Come into this century please. Many of us old people use iphones etc. and know how to work them to show the digital card when needed.
Thank you
@kl944 I'm glad you reached out! We do offer Digital Memberships, and I can convert yours to one if you'd like. If a plastic card has already been sent, then we aren't able to stop it, but we can any future cards. Please reach out in a private message with your membership information, and I'll take care of it. Thanks for being a member! Jodee R.
