Medicare Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs)

What is AARP doing to stop the the ACO's that are actual DISadvantage plans ripping off seniors?? They are private-for-profit orgs that make short time benefits look great while not being clear about disadvantages when it comes to serious costly care. AARP should be fighting the legislation that allows this insidious privatization of Medicare.
