I know this is not terribly important, but I like to play the Mah Jongg Dimensions game to help relax, as well as Dark Dimensions. The new “improved” games don’t work well. The background music plays during the commercials, the tiles sometimes disappear, sometimes there are no outer matches to click, and it doesn’t rearrange to give a new choice. We just have to pick a middle tile and hope it works. The game locks up frequently, causing us to have to refresh the page. If we try to click on the new 2x powerup, the game continues, but we can no longer rotate the tiles. Then, if all tiles are gone, the game just stops with no more tiles, but it never really ends to give the score. I wish they would either fix it or put it back the way it was. Is something being done about it?
Thank you for this post. i have been playing Mahjongg Dimensions on AARP for years…to be honest, it is one of the reasons I renew my membership. This new “improvement” has been disastrous! The game constantly “locks up”…forcing a “refresh page”. It is extremely frustrating and takes the out of playing. Fix it!!!

The game may not be working or loading because of technical issues such as conflicts created by too many active cookies, lack of available cache to complete a task, and/or an outdated browser. i too, have had problems related to this game freezing up and now, the game not even registering my scores. this is happening, despite the fact i am cleaning out the cookie jar, so to speak, which, thereby should be reducing the threat of the game acting up, but it's not. getting rather frustrated at the negative nuances of this game every time i play, and i know i'm not the only one dealing with these problems. thank you!
