Why is this image of a man driving, talking on a cellphone, looking at the passenger and not on the road so disconcerting? Isn't this illegal? This image has been reported as a problem several times over several months, and nothing has been done. Is this acceptable by AARP?
I think what made it worse was when I reported it for the 5th time to someone in leadership, and to the AARP Chat Agent. The Agent said, "I do not see anything as being wrong with the image."
Is this the message also in the AARP safety videos and Smart Driver?
Since AARP is trying to solicit participation in the AARP(TM) Smart Driver Online Course in this ad, maybe they are just accentuating what NOT to do
