I did NOT request the "gift" as a reward for my renewal

I thought I made it clear when I renewed my membership that I do NOT want the gift!  I am 82 years old with some disabilities, and I do not intend to travel any more than to my local grocery store.  I appreciate that you want to thank me, but I do not want the luggage organizer set.  Can you call it back? Or must I return it to you, pay for postage, etc.?  I am sure I did not click the choice to receive the thank-you gift.  I hate it when computers ignore me!
