How are agents treating senior citizens who are applying for a renewal license?

I endured a horrible experience with a woman who yelled at me as soon as she opened the car door, wasted time trying to get the air conditioning working (at least 10 minutes), she was impatient and angry. Never in my life did I meet such a person who was supposed to treat me with respect but instead had a short fuse and deliberately sabotaged the whole driving experience! This took place in Naperville, IL so I don't recommend taking seniors or anyone to this place for a road test.  A friend of mine who lives in Naperville said that she doesn't go there to renew her license anymore. "It's really gone downhill," she admitted. Too bad I didn't know this before trying to get my license there.!
