Have not recived gift card purchaced other day and geting Unable to process your redemption request

Hello could someone at aarp support help me with re sending the the gift card that i purchased on 12-6-24 for Petsmart never received the e-mail. Also the site after the 5 days of maintenance has gotten  worst. I having problem with redeeming my point for gift card or other items getting these 2 messages.

 

We are experencinig technical difficulties in processing your request. Please try again in few minutes. 

 

And also getting second error message Unable to process your redemption request.

 

Could someone please fix the site and my account.
