Hartford Not Responsive

Over the last year , i struggled to get a straight answer about insuring an EV . After multiple calls with Hartford and AARP (including a shadowy unidentified “underwriter”) I was finally told they dont insure Teslas . So even though have been with AARP for over 20 years , i had to go shopping. But to add to my frustration I then learned that Hartford classified an 1800 suspension repair (due to striking an unmarked pavement cut) as an at fault pothole  damage claim . So my new insurance quotes are higher! I appeal to Hartford and AARP to change the classification. Several months later and no response .
