GAMES ARE A FRUSTRATING ISSUE
The last week has been very annoying as the games have been changed. You can not enlarge or move without an annoying banner coming down and messing with the game. I agree with someone else's comment. This has been apart of my morning to try to keep my mind as sharp as possible. Now, it is so annoying I find myself stressing and getting upset. Please make the change back to past set up. Please do not take away something that helps us Seniors.

Hi @bigdog9 I understand! I'm sorry you're having trouble with this! The new website header includes the new AARP mega menu on desktop. This allows you to navigate to other areas of interest on the AARP website. To close the mega menu - Look at the top right corner of the menu. Next to Close Menu, click the X You can also move your cursor outside the menu to collapse it. If you need more troubleshooting, go to: https://aarp.info/3SS66UG or let me know how I can help! Relieved to hear that I'm not the only one having issues. As soon as I complete Hurdle, the game collapses into a small black box and I can't see what my current cumulative score is. Very frustrating. I hope this "improvement" will be fixed soon!

Hi Pamela! AARP is working hard on this issue. We have found that if you turn off the pop up blocker it does work better. Also, it is not an issue on all devices, if you have another device to use, to please try it. We do apologize for this situation and hope to have it resolved this week. -Sue J

Hello @janetmarques, I'm so sorry to hear you are experimenting issues with our games. I'd like to look into this further. When you get a moment, can you send me a direct message with more information about the issues you are having please? You can also chat with an agent by clicking the chat icon on the right side of the screen. Hope to hear from you soon. - Daniela R.

I completely agree with this complaint. The games are a key part of my morning "wake up" routine and now I have dancing banners, blinking ads, works and boxes flying all over the place! Its like trying to play a game on board a roller coaster. If you cant fix it, I can find the exact same games somewhere else, on line, and free. Your site is too jumpy with its attempts to funnel people into things.

Hi @1402MF, we're currently working on this issue. You'll find information and updates on our Community Post: https://community.aarp.org/t5/Games-Talk/AARP-Games-Red-Bar-Website-Header/m-p/2538107#M4448 - Diana G.
Are you still working on the above issues? It is now May 2024 and game playing has gotten worse - there are several games that I cannot get to load. Also, the banner that falls into the play area is just annoying. I never read it and doubt anyone does read it. Does it serve a purpose other than to annoy?

@MaryH653789 The new website header includes the new AARP mega menu on desktop. This allows you to navigate to other areas of interest on the AARP website. It displays when you hover your mouse over the navigational links (e.g., Health, Money, Work & Jobs, etc.). To close the mega menu:
Look at the top right corner of the menu - Next to Close Menu, click the X.
You can also move your cursor outside of the menu to collapse it.
Your games may not be working or loading because of technical issues such as conflicts created by too many active cookies, lack of available cache to complete a task, and/or an outdated browser. To address this, visit: https://aarp.info/3epAstc Let me know how I can help! Jodee R.
