Did not get my gift card email

I ordered three gift cards-Cracker Barrel, Boston Market and IHOP. I received the emails for Cracker Barrel and Boston Market but not for IHOP. My credit card account has been charged for all three. I started a chat to get it resolved but the guy wanted to send me to email help and wanted my credit card information. I don't see this as an email issue since I got the other two emails. It appears to me that the IHOP email was not sent. Can't some just check to see if this is the case?
