Crossword not working

The Daily Crossword graphics are causing the game to fail again.  Like it was doing a few weeks ago.

I tried the Samsung browser that came with my phone instead of the Chrome browser.  I was able to get through it.  I noticed to Google ads popped up using this browser.  It seems like the ads throw off the layout on Chrome.

WHY CAN'T AARP FIX THE DAILY CROSSWORD??? The troubleshooting steps DO NOT WORK!!! Game keeps failing 7 minutes into game & 3/4 completed it starts flashing, blocks disappear, let ters can't be entered AND Game cannot be completed!!! Reported problem & was told Website  Support would contact me,  week & a half later, no email or phone contact & problem still NOT RESOLVED!

The link is no help since it only addresses browsers.  The error is occurring in the AARP app.  I am using a Google Pixel 5a.  M wife is having same issue on her Samsung, again in the AAAP app.

 I have started getting the message below when I try to access Games from the AARP website in both Edge and Firefox.  All other areas e.g. Health, Money, etc. can be accessed without a problem. This started about three days ago.

I tried to clear memory and cache. Updated Apps too.  Still fails after awhile.
