Constant Renewal Notices by Email and Hard Mail USPS When I'm already signed up for Auto-renewal

I'm signed up until 2029 for auto-renewal. I receive mail and email 3 to 4 times a week asking me to renew my membership. That's insane.

Why is there no email available to write to you about your communication problems?

Also, your Chat function is horrible. It's an auto-chat-bot that companies use to make them look like they're up on tech when actually chatbots suck. It's the equivalent of viewing an index of pages to solve my own problems.

Basically your Customer Service is horrible.

@djstogo60  I'm sorry you're having trouble, but I'm here to help! You can unsubscribe to any unwanted email down at the bottom of it. You can also manage your email newsletter subscriptions at any time online using My Account: Log in to your AARP online account. If you donโ€™t have an account, itโ€™s free and easy to create. Select your name in the top right-hand corner and then select My Account - Select the Newsletters tab to view all current and available subscriptions - Select Unsubscribe to unsubscribe from a newsletter, or select Subscribe to sign up to receive it.
We need to look into the notices, so please reach out in a private message with your membership information so I can locate your account and take care of it. Thank you!  Jodee R.
