Anyone know how to contact billing

Hi I just joined for 1 year and I was billed two times.  Does anyone have email for billing as I need my refund. Can't make phone calls at work so I can only email.  I can't find billing link.   Thanks!

Thank you. May I  have email address for billing. I had to work  as I was busy at my job and missed your business hours. I need someone to help me with a refund. I am new member and you billed me twice. I am hoping I will be able to receive refund for that second bill. May you please advise on billing email. Thanks again for you assistance.

We no longer have an email. Our goal is to provide the best customer service, and we found that email was not the best way to do that.
