@TimothyS417378 The correct link to the West Virginia state page is: https://states.aarp.org/west-virginia/ What page are you on when you receive this error with that incorrect link?

Hi. ๐Ÿ™‚

@AARPJanelleM -- What @TimothyS417378 has revealed (for the webmaster's attention to correct), is that when you go to: https://www.aarp.org/, and scroll down to the bottom of the page (see here as an example):

Selecting the state of 'West Virginia,' and clicking on 'Visit State Page,' you receive this:

404.png

It seems to be a broken link. I thought 'region' being in the url was the problem, because when you remove it from the url, the WV state page comes up, and no 404. You can still get to the state with this link, too: https://states.aarp.org/, but the State of West Virginia provides no error here.

It's just a 'heads-up' for the webmaster to fix the 'West Virginia' link from this page: https://www.aarp.org/, located at the bottom of the page. This fix for the 404 is with removing 'region' from the url.

Thanks, @TimothyS417378 for bringing to the forefront.

I see that, there's a '404.' What I get when I click on West Virginia...sans 'region,' you get the state page (see screen cap further down).

I can find your state page by going to: https://states.aarp.org/west-virginia/. I literally went to my state and changed the url to west-virginia. Is this not what you are trying to accomplish?

Other than that, can you narrow down the issue? I don't think the webmaster can be reached here.

I actually found the website by a different menu option but I can't find that option at the moment to post it.

The issue was the link on the main page for the state website is broken and should be fixed hence the request for the webmaster. I mean if you're going to have a website why not make it functional?
