AARP Online Community - Civility and Respectful Communication

  I must have read the rules of the community wrong or I am being targeted because a few others posting comments with the intention to incite or disrupt the conversation?

  I have posted several general topics for discussion over a few weeks without problem. Now I discover several of my topics have been deleted (with no comment from management).  I do know that there were several comments posted to the topics that were not respectful and did not meet community guidance. These comments were reported to management for deletion because they did not follow community guidance and appeared to be intentionally made to disrupt.

  I understand it's probably an easier way for moderator to delete the entire topic than to delete just the comments that were reported.  The comments were ignored within the general conversation so the deletion of those specific comments would not have affected the thread of the conversation.

  Maybe the Online Community should just be about games and playtime rather than an opportunity for seniors to share an intelligent and respectful conversation?

@GAKKIEZ , I told you NOT to discuss this dear friend. Been there in 2021 = AARP Jail for challenging. AARP will NEVER change. Enjoy what you can on the site. Leave when there is NO JOY. That is what I did in 2021. Back in 2023 as a NON MEMBER and have NO problem leaving FOREVER. Take care  🤗🤗🤗
