I I have not received my magazine, again. This is a recurring problem with AARP. You send the Bulletin, but not The Magazine. I am always having to contact you to get it. It was supposed to be here by Dec. 19th.

  I never got a magazine or bulletin, either. Actually, I never got my Welcome Kit and Membership card. I had to call twice, plus do a Facebook Chat.  Today I was told it would arrive on 1/25. Just now I called in to inquire about the magazine and bulletin, only to be told that my Welcome Kit won't arrive until 2/2. Ridiculous!  I was supposed to get it in December.  I'm not very impressed with AARP so far, and I don't know if I'll remain a member.

I has bee a constant problem for us. Guess I shouldn't have signed up for three years. 😒
