AARP Magazine and AARP Bulletin

Hi. As of yet I haven’t received neither my AARP magazine nor the bulletin. The mag was supposed to have arrived around Oct 7, and the bulletin was supposed to have arrived around Oct 18. I’ve moved a couple of months ago, and I updated my address in my account, so I’m hoping it’s only delayed because of that. This is the first time I’ve missed these issues since becoming a member. Thank you.

Hey @PaulaP62390! I'm sorry for the publications that you have missed. When you update your address, it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks for the publications to be sent to your new address, since the labels are created in advance.
