1000 points used on 9/24/2024 to order #43621001014328 from Lionel train company

So did he order as per directions....and got back the letter sept 24 saying "Your reward is here Dale!" After that nothing...impossible to contact Lionel or someone at AARP I am deaf so phone is out......I still have over 1000 points left and would have been nice to order one of the small train sets for my great great grand son........Tried to call AARP but that was a waste of tme ..the had no number to call at Lionel train company and person there were impossible.... So just lost 1000 points.....If you tracked this let me know...I probably screwed it up...
