http error 400

can't play games. the page comes up then switches to "http error 400" page.

WHAT'S UP???? 

can't aarp even explain this to us via email?????????

Hi @SandyF246589, thank you for your post. Our technical team is actively working to resolve an issue affecting a small percentage of users who intermittently get a 400 error when accessing Games. While we work to get this corrected, you may want to try one of the following options to gain access. Often, retrying the site will resolve the issue:

 

  • Click the “retry” button on the error page to attempt to reload the site
  • Close your browser window and open a new one
  • Clear your browser’s history
  • If using Google Chrome, use an Incognito browser window (click the three vertical dots at the top right of the screen and select the 3rd menu option: “New incognito window”)
