It seems that AARP's games platform has been hacked
There is one player that scored over 4 MILLION on BLACKJACK two days ago and has now scored over 2 MILLION again today.
IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!
There are no other players even close to either of those figures. This player seems to have hacked AARP'S GAMES PLATFORM.
AARP needs to investigate this as soon as possible as these possible hacks could affect other user's computers.

Hi @nctarheel, I see the leaderboard scores that you mention as well. This is in the hands of the product team--they are working to correct the scoring glitches but the work is not finished. We will post here when the work is completed. Thank you.

Scoring Glitches in BLACKJACK, you say?????
Then why are the same two players who posted impossible scores of 9,000,000 and 10,000,000 a couple of days ago now have scores posted of 79,000,000 and 81,000,000, @AARPLynne?
If there were a scoring glitch, all sorts of people would have these IMPOSSIBLE SCORES; but that is NOT the case.
Please be transparent with the users of these boards.
If there is a security flaw in your games platform; please tell the truth to the users that use it.
It is no wonder that today, one hour into the new scoring day, not ONE PERSON has played this game.

Once again, today, one of the two posters of IMPOSSIBLE SCORES posted a 30,000,000+ score.
This is the same person who posted a 79,000,000+ score just two days ago.
Tell us, @AARPLynne........... should we be worried about the security of your games platform?????

Day after day, AARP seems to be ignoring what seems to be a security breach on its gaming platform.
Today, the same two users that had previously posted scores of 9,000,000 and 10,000,000, and a day later posted scores of 79,000,000 and 81,000,000 have now posted scores of:
163,199,000 and 130,015,348
These posts are NOT GLITCHES. They are a purposeful placement of scores IMPOSSIBLE TO ATTAIN through normal play.
@AARPLynnehas maintained complete silence on how these two players are able to post these IMPOSSIBLE SCORES.
She has passed the buck to another department and explains the issue as a glitch in the top scorer position.
As we can see, the same two users are posting these IMPOSSIBLE scores day after day, which means it isn't a glitch with the top scoring position.
In fact, I was in the top scoring position overnight and NOTHING happened to my score whatsoever.
I don't believe @AARPLynne is being transparent with the issue here.

Yet another IMPOSSIBLE SCORE of 211,620,600 posted today in BLACKJACK.
And STILL no response from AARP on how these 2 or 3 users are accomplishing this hack into the gaming platform.

Where is AARP's representative to this board?
Now a high score of 409,599,000 has been posted.
It is clear now that two or three users of this games platform have the ability to hack the games platform at will and they are doing it with impunity.
Why is AARP allowing these two or three users to hack their web site on a daily basis?
It doesn't make sense.
It also doesn't make sense that @AARPLynne has not been transparent as to what is happening here.
The impossible scores are NOT a top score position glitch; these scores are being input PURPOSEFULLY by these hackers.

I am very grateful that AARP does maintain their game site for everyone to play games. That is excellent. However, I am at a loss as to WHY they do not block or drop the folks that apparently get their personal kicks by cheating. Just how sad does an individual's life have to be for them to gain a misplaced sense of importance by cheating? And I'm only talking about Solitaire! How pathetic can these individuals be to need that in their lives???

Day after day, @AARPLynne and the AARP staff are ignoring the DAILY HACKING of one of their games on the games platform, BLACKJACK.
It is clear that this is a purposeful HACK of the platform and NOT a GLITCH.
Today, one of the regular three HACKERS posted a score of:
977,831,200
Try playing the game and you will see that the above score is IMPOSSIBLE.
Why @AARPLynne and the AARP staff is ignoring this issue and LETTING these HACKERS post these IMPOSSIBLE scores day after day is not understandable.
My concern is that the security of the entire AARP Web Site is at risk here and @AARPLynne and the AARP staff are doing nothing about it.

Overnight, two scores in the BILLIONS, have been posted to the BLACKJACK scoreboard, both by the same two users that have posted all the other IMPOSSIBLE scores.
A score of 1,228,799,000 and a score of 1,955,665,300 have been posted.
This is obviously a HACK of the games platform but, day after day, AARP and their representative, @AARPLynne, have maintained complete silence.

Yesterday, a score of 2,047,999,000 was posted.
It was again posted by one of the two HACKERS of this gaming platform.
Imagine, over 2 BILLION points scored.
And AARP AND @AARPLynne still maintains its silence.
If their CYBERSECURITY is this lax on this platform; is it possible that our MEMBERSHIP information has also been hacked and personal information stolen?
Why else would AARP maintain such silence?

I do not understand why you are calling these "scoring glitches". The impossible scores are being posted by the same three or four people over and over.
The "glitches" don't seem to be happening to anyone else.
Are they addressing that issue as well, @AARPLynne ?????

Take BLACKJACK for example.
Look at the high scores for the month.
The second highest score is in the 500,000's. I assume that is an attainable score if you keep winning and doubling your bets at the right time.
BUT LOOK AT THE #1 SCORE, MY FRIENDS.
It is OVER 1 BILLION. That's right, BILLION with a B.
THAT'S OVER 1,000 TIMES THE SECOND HIGHEST SCORE!!!!!
Impossible.
But I bet AARP will not even take a look at it.

@nctarheel, what you've identified appears to be a bug within the top position on the leaderboard. As I mentioned earlier, we've also noticed this scoring oddity and are working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your diligence. We will continue to post updates as they're available.

It has been two weeks and now I notice additional issues with the scoring for the Blackjack game.
There was a high score of 300,000+ in the lead as far as this week's high score and the monthly high scores.
TWO PEOPLE have now added scores in the MILLIONS on the same day. That day was yesterday, 12/12/2018.
That 300,000+ score has disappeared.
I am feeling that the games platform is being hacked as the previous score in the BILLIONS was impossible and now, the two scores, on the same day, in the MILLIONS, is unlikely.
The disappearance of the 300,000+ score also calls the security of the games platform into question.

Thank you for your response.
Please let the community know if this was a hacking incident that could affect our computers and what's on them.
For a user to be able to input what I would consider an impossible score, it may have been done by nefarious means.
This type of thing has happened before with the old version of 5 ROLL. If you got the best score for every box on the scorecard for 5 ROLL, I believe the total couldn't be any more than about 6,600 points. For a time, there were users that were inputting scores of 44,000, 51,000, and 63,000 and above. The issue was resolved but AARP was very secretive on what caused the issue.
I hope you are more transparent this time.
Now that I read that another user is getting your emails, my concern is further raised that something is out of whack with more than the games platform.

That ONE BILLION score.... I miscalculated.
IT IS 2,000 times higher than the next higher score.
But, as predicted, NO ONE at AARP will even look at it.
It is obvious that their gaming platform has some hacking issue as scoring 2,000 times the next highest score is virtually impossible.

Once again, impossible scores are being posted to games on AARP'S GAMES PLATFORM.
Make sure your malware and virus protection is up-to-date as this is yet another game with IMPOSSIBLE SCORES.
AARP needs to be more transparent regarding the issues they are facing with one game after another having impossible scores being nefariously posted to their games platform.
This time it is the BACKGAMMON game.
A score has been posted of:
17,275
THAT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO ATTAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
Again folks, something's terribly wrong with AARP'S games platform and we are getting very little information regarding the issue from @AARPLynne.

@nctarheel: We’ve identified the source of the bug on the leaderboard and we’re working to resolved it now. We also noticed the oddity on the Backgammon monthly leaderboard and that is being investigated. We have seen a few leaderboard bugs since making the platform changes to remove Flash games and they are under investigation. Again, thank you for your diligence in reporting these in Online Community.

While I appreciate that you have responded to my posts, please be more transparent in your responses, @AARPLynne.
While I believed initially that there is a "BUG" in the top position of the scoreboard as you have previously stated; I now DO NOT believe that explanation.
The reason?
Because a poster posted another IMPOSSIBLE SCORE of 8,556,072 on the BLACKJACK GAME on 12/17/2018.
HE IS THE SAME PLAYER THAT POSTED THE 1,332,005,474 SCORE EARLIER IN THE MONTH.
That means, to me, that a poster has found some way to nefariously post IMPOSSIBLE SCORES repeatedly and that it is not a "BUG" as you have offered as an explanation.
This makes me concerned about the security of your games platform.
You have not offered any information relating to the security of your platform, no assurances or any other information.
The fact that the same player has found a way to post impossible scores requires a more thorough explanation of what he has been able to do.

The response to nctarheel was ten days ago. Today there is another one billion score on Blackjack, by the same person who scored in the millions a couple of days ago. They've "identfied the bug"? Don't think so. Also, nothing appears to have been done about some of the loading issues with other games like Polymath, which has never loaded. I am seriously considering dropping this website, as they can't seem to protect their customers.

Overnight, a score of 1.9 BILLION with a "B" was posted.
Can't be done.

As you can see folks, there has been NO RESPONSE by AARP as to the "bug" they identified weeks ago. It has now been well over a month since I reported this "bug"; and yet, ONCE AGAIN, there are scores in the MILLIONS being posted to BLACK JACK.
It is not only in the top score either, the second place scores are also in the MILLIONS.
These scores are IMPOSSIBLE through the game's regular play.
AARP's silence speaks volumes.
I just hope our use of their games platform is not exposing our computers to nefarious malware.
The users of this site need to have an update of what is being done, what the real problem is, and how it is going to be resolved by @AARPLynne.
I am afraid that these disproportionate scores are more than what we have been told.
I am going to attempt contact other MANAGEMENT at AARP about this issue to see if they are aware of it.

New week; new scores, folks.
Not in the SEVEN MILLIONS like yesterday; but in the EIGHT MILLIONS.
These are IMPOSSIBLE SCORES but no action has been taken.
Check the leader board on BLACKJACK.

Folks,
Be aware that the so called "BUG" within the top position as identified by @AARPLynne is now SPREADING.
The top position is now held by this EVEN MORE IMPOSSIBLE SCORE of:
1,332,005,474
The reason that I have said that the "BUG" is spreading is that the second position is now occupied by an equally IMPOSSIBLE SCORE of:
655,359,000
I believe that the impossible scores are actually being held in the top three positions in BLACKJACK as the third position is also in the MILLIONS. That is proof to me that something more than a "BUG" in the top position is at work.
AARP needs to be transparent on this problem and tell us users whether we are being exposed to something nefarious by using their gaming platform.
