CODEWORD

Did anyone else experience a problem with this game today? Instead of bringing me to today's game the tutorial came up. When I was able to bring up today's puzzle my score for the previous 15 days worth of games had disappeared. The only score that showed was for today's game. I had to go back and do the previous 15 games again. Just my luck that I did worse than I had previously. LOL! Curiouser and curiouser.

this is not the only game that had past deleted     Jungle legend and trizzle also started anew for and I had done nothing to change it....     I had trophy room (on Trizzle) almost complete    and now am starting over again....😓

I'm new at these games so just curious how does someone get 356,000 points on Codeword for a daily high.  I finished one pretty fast and only got 41,000.  Is there a trick to it and also the Mahjong Dimensions?  I don't get any where near the top daily score on that one either

Same thing happened to me. I contacted arkadium. They told me I must have manually deleted my browser history. I didn't. Said all my scores were still registered on their site but the scoresnscores returned on my computer. I also play on my cell phone and the same thing happened.

WHAT THE HELL???!!! It did it again. I've been playing all month long and just played today's game. My score for the whole month was wiped out and my score was reset to 10,410! I refuse to go back and play the previous 27 games again. This website has some serious issues. I think that I'll be looking at other options from now on.

It happened to me this morning for a second time.  After the first time all I got for feedback was that I must have deleted my browser history, which I didn't, and I certainly didn't delete it yesterday or this morning.  

 

It's a shame, it's a good game to get the brain working first thing in the morning but I'm not going to waste my time with it anymore if it's not going to work like it is supposed to.

I agree with you completely Jay. After reading your post I checked to see if my scores from last night were still there. Luckily, they were. But the day is still young. 😉

6/25/2020 happened again. No scores to all games played in June.

Sorry, I know the feeling. Same thing happened to me again today. Only response is I deleted them all after replaying them all a second time. Paying big bucks to arkadium to maintain games. Really bummed especially since we are all sitting indoors.

Me, too! The first time I actually went back and played all the games over! But you don't get back the daily 50  bonus points!! I'm not doing that again! Really disappointed. I really like this game. 😞

Welcome to the club. LOL! I actually broke down and did them all over again. Second time this month. I like the game so I really didn't mind too much.

I contacted Arkadium support (as recommended at the bottom of games), provided screenshot using their support technology, and await response. Think they'll recommend fix and it'll work (probably browser update or data link issue).

Thank you for contacting Arkadium. It seems to be working fine, however, since I redid my games the other day. That's not to say that it won't act up again in the future. It appears that Marg is having a problem with scoring as well.

I had the same problem, had to go back and redo all of the puzzles for the month.  I never figured out if I did something wrong or if the game just lost my scores.

Weird! It was probably a glitch in the system. Or gremlins.
