high score on the 5 Roll leaderboard

@nctarheel, I'm following up to Joyce's earlier post. The high score on the 5 Roll leaderboard you pointed out was determined to be an issue related to a migration we did last week, and it has been corrected as of Tuesday this week. Thank you again for bringing it to our attention.

On the subject of Blackjack, we take security threats very seriously and look into all reports of potential hacking activity. We have looked into this issue as well, numerous times over. This is not a security threat and the system has not be breached. The game allows for points and scores that high to be accumulated.  There are many strategies to the game, and these scores are legitimate.

(Note: This topic is resolved and therefore closed.)

Hello @nctarheel - thank you for alerting us to this high score in 5 Roll. We are investigating it now. We did a migration last week that temporarily affected some leaderboards, so we are determining if this is related.

Thank you for your response but this still does not address why AARP has done nothing regarding IMPOSSIBLE SCORES in the BLACKJACK game.

This has been going on for seven months. Your response above is similar to the response I received on the BLACKJACK game.

It is obvious that some players have found an alternative way of posting scores that does not require the playing of the game.

Even if the 12 BILLION point score was attainable; it would take days, months, or years to attain. It couldn't happen overnight as they always have done.

And yet, AARP has done NOTHING in seven months.

Being able to post these scores calls into question the safety of your games platform.

5 Roll leaderboard

Once again, the games platform of AARP has been manipulated by outside agents.

There is a score of 275,000+ on the 5ROLL game. That is impossible to attain. If you fill every box, have the 3x on the doubling cube to your advantage EVERY TURN; that 275,000+ is still impossible to attain.

And yet, AARP refuses to do anything about it.

Why do I say this?

Because I reported this same type of issue on the BLACKJACK game as scores in the millions were posted. Scores in the millions is impossible. That was in December of LAST YEAR.

A moderator said the product team was on it and it was a glitch of some kind.

WELL, GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!

It is seven months later and now there are scores of 11 BILLION and 10 BILLION posted to Blackjack........ ALL IMPOSSIBLE.

And AARP, after seven months, has done nothing about it.

It should make you question the safety of using AARP's Games Platform as these IMPOSSIBLE SCORES had to get posted somehow..... it sure wasn't by playing the game.

Has anyone else seen IMPOSSIBLE SCORES on other games???????
